The September Issue...

Okay, photos from Ontario finally all sorted out.
Most of them are of my parent's new puppy "Dexter", but there were some other good ones from camping too... The award for No-Makeup-Frizzy-Camping-Hair Photo 2009 goes to:

I'm waiting on some PDF's to put up from Vancouver Magazine and catching up on emails still. It's cold in Vancouver, but I still feel like I need to finally start my personal project...hmm.
I've said that before, but I'll try my hardest.

Wedding!

So the whole reason that I'm in Ontario this month was to shoot my friend Natasha's wedding.
It was a very long day in three different cities (Toronto, Hamilton & Niagara-On-The-Lake) but very enjoyable. It's always nice to shoot the weddings of friends, everyone knows you and are super relaxed.

I'm excited to put mine and Jon's together and making the slideshow.

Updatage

I've been busy and I've been lazy... those are my excuses for not updating.

I was busy with this: www.mariettesmith.ca
Creating a website for Mariette's new project, which I can only describe as "Life Enhancement" as it is so many things. If you have emotional problems and don't want to just talk about them, it might be something for you... I think... I still don't fully get it yet.

Anyways...Other exciting things?
-I shot for FASHION magazine. I think it will be in the April issue... so I will have the tearsheet for you next month.
-I have shot 4 shows in the last month: Hey Ocean, Adaline, Maurice and just the other day The Big Makeout (pictures will be below)
-I have been booking weddings with Bonnie & Clyde, so click here if you need photographers!
-Jon and I did a photobooth for his little brother and sister's birthday party... check them out here: Mishak & Camille
-I am still going to redesign my website, but that where the 'lazy' thing kicks in often.

Barefoot on the beach...

Jon and I travelled over to Victoria for the weekend to shoot Darcy and Holly's wedding on a beach on the Strait of Juan de Fuca!
It was so beautiful there and I took some of my favourite photos to date!
