Vegan & Gluten Free (but full of nuts) Granola Bars!  Made for  the Barre Fitness blog  on #TastyTuesday.  They are actually delicious, and really easy, and I loved wrapping them like this because it mean I got to share with the instructors and they were super easy to grab on the go.    RECIPE HERE!

The annual   Dine Out Vancouver Festival   is almost at a close (the last day is Jan 31st), and I definitely got to try my fair share of food.  Barre Fitness tasked me with covering some of the healthier, sustainable, and of course delicious, options at some of Vancouver’s best and newest establishments.
